All items not included in the aforementioned categories/products are eligible for a complete refund within 60 days of the purchase date, provided a valid return authorization is obtained; please note that shipping charges are non-refundable

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and include all accessories that were shipped with the item. Before shipping the merchandise back to Heavenly Spot , you must obtain a Return Authorization. To do so, please contact our returns department via email at adilghaffar22@gmail.com or by phone at +92 (306) 4968668 extension 2 within 60 days of receiving the merchandise. Once approved, a return authorization number will be provided, along with return instructions, which will be sent to your email. This number is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Failure to return the merchandise within this 10-day period will result in the cancellation of your return authorization, and no further returns will be accepted.
If you happen to receive merchandise that is DOA (dead on arrival) or not functioning properly, and it is within the initial 60 days of receiving the product, please promptly reach out to your sales consultant or our customer service team at +92 (306) 4968668
If we cannot offer an immediate solution over the phone, we will either send you a replacement or, for certain products, help you schedule a service appointment. Some manufacturers take full responsibility for defective items and require that they handle the servicing or replacement of these products. In such instances, if the manufacturer is unable to repair your product, they will either provide a replacement or issue a return authorization for us to perform a swap. Heavenly Spot is always here to assist in any way we can.
While it is uncommon, shipping damage can occur. We kindly request that you carefully inspect the packaging upon arrival for any visible signs of shipping damage, such as holes in the packaging, activated tip sensors, or obvious signs of mishandling. If you suspect that damage has occurred, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Please keep in mind that packages may experience normal wear and tear during transit, and they are packaged to withstand such conditions. Refusing a delivery should only happen if there are clear and evident signs of damage.
In the case of displays, we recommend inspecting your shipment by opening the box and checking for any damage before signing for it. Please do not allow the driver to leave until the product has been thoroughly inspected. If you do discover any damage, refuse the shipment and make sure to note the damage on the shipping invoice. In the rare event of damage, we will promptly ship a replacement to you. However, due to changes in the shipping industry, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept damaged products once they have been accepted and signed for by the customer.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

When you place a preorder, you secure your position in line to receive the product upon its release. It's important to note that we do not charge your credit card until the item is being prepared for shipment. You have the freedom to cancel a preorder or any order before it ships, and no charges will be incurred
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
